As athletes and professionals themselves, Dave and Anne understand the time constraints and other reasons that having the commitment of a regularly scheduled personal trainer does not work for everyone. Looking still to incorporate some well thought through structured strength and conditioning work to complement your existing regime, however, and wanting some help to do so?
We offer a one to one consultation service whereby you will work through an individualized program based on your goals, with the view to you to incorporate into your schedule as appropriate for you. A bi-weekly or monthly session with Dave or Anne, designed in this way may be the optimal amount for you, keeping you on track working efficiently and effectively and heading towards your goals.
